President Yoon Suk-yeol has repeatedly engaged in unconstitutional acts that undermine democratic order. In particular, his illegal declaration of martial law using military forces is a blatant violation of the Constitution. The National Assembly’s impeachment motion reaffirms the Republic of Korea as a nation governed by the rule of law.

While opponents of impeachment claim the president's approval ratings are rising, actual polls show his approval remains in the 20% range, with overwhelming public support for impeachment. Surveys indicate that 7 out of 10 moderate conservatives favor impeachment, reflecting public outrage and the demand to restore democracy.
- Election Fraud Allegations Are Baseless Conspiracies
Allegations of election fraud by Yoon Suk-yeol’s supporters are unfounded. The early voting system was implemented to expand voting accessibility, and the Yoon administration has failed to provide any evidence of fraud. Such false claims pose a serious threat to democracy.
