Transmission Gate
각 Latch는 Transmission Gate로 이루어짐. Transmission Gate는 각 Pass Transistor Logic의 Threshold Voltage Drop에 의한 weak0, weak1을 방지하기 위해서 사용.

MOSFET
Pass Transistor Logic으로 사용되는 소자 중 하나인 MOSFET은 Gate와 Source 사이의 전압이 문턱 전압 Vth보다 커야 채널을 생성. N Diffusion과 Body 사이에 순방향 전압이 걸리면 안되므로, Source와 Body는 연결되어 있다. Vgb = Vgs.
