Signal Propagation Delay
시상수 = RC 의 영향에 따라 결정된다. 따라서 온도가 올라 저항이 올라간다거나, Supply Voltage가 올라 Switching Threshold Voltage가 올라간다던가, Load Capacitance가 증가한다거나 하는 이유로 시상수가 증가하면 그에 따라 Delay도 증가한다.
