[Paper review] Grounded Conversation Generation as Guided Traverses in Commonsense Knowledge Graphs

• commonsense knowledge graph를 활용하여 대화의 흐름을 명시적으로 모델링하는 새로운 대화 생성 모델 ConceptFlow 제안
• 사람들의 대화는 정적이지 않고 여러 관련 개념을 이야기 하며 한 개념에서 다른 개념으로 shift their focus one concept to others. 한다는 아이디어
• Reddit 대화 데이터베이스를 사용해 자동 평가와 사람 평가에서 seq2seq 모델을 능가했을 뿐만 아니라 70% 더 적은 파라미터로 GPT-2 모델의 성능을 넘는 결과를 보여줌
• large-scale 의 knowledge base 로 responses를 생성하기 위해 graph attention 과 knowledge diffusion 사용
