nest 도커 빌드시 Could not find TypeScript configuration file tsconfig build json 에러 해결

이걸 보고 tsconfig.json에 다음 옵션을 작성하면된다. 이미 있으면 false로 바꾸고 없으면 그냥 작성

"noEmit": false       // <- remove this or set to false
"incremental": false, // <- remove this or set to false
