Introduction
The front door is the face of our house and the first space you enter. That's why it's important to keep it neat and pretty. This project leverages AWS IoT to create a smart, environmentally responsive LED lighting system for the front door.
Summary of the System
This system integrates a motion sensor, door sensor, weather API, and temperature sensor to adjust the LED color and effect accordingly. AWS IoT is used for communication between sensors and LED systems to facilitate real-time data processing. The Node-RED platform is hosted on AWS EC2 instances to handle data flow and control logic. The system leverages AWS IoT to improve the reliability and scalability of smart LED lighting control.
Initial Idea
The initial concept for this project was to create a smart LED lighting system that would adjust its colors and effects based on the weather, temperature, and time of day. The system would also be able to detect motion and the opening of the door and adjust the LED
