문제 상황

 Address already in use. 
 Port 5000 is in use by another program. 
 Either identify and stop that program, or start the server with a different port. 
 On macOS, try disabling the 'AirPlay Receiver' service from System Preferences -> Sharing.

 맥북 환경설정으로 인한 문제로 추측됨

해결책

 구글링을 통해 맥북-시스템환경설정-공유-Airplay 수신 모드 체크 해제를 하여 해결
