아주 간단하게 습관처럼 넣을 수 있는 방법들을 아침–점심–간식–저녁 흐름으로 정리해볼게요. 부담 없고 지속 가능한 방식이에요.


🌅 아침

1) 오트밀·요거트 위에 1스푼

  • 특별한 준비 없이 바로 뿌리기만 하면 끝
  • 식감 변화 거의 없이 섬유질 보강

2) 스무디에 블렌딩

  • 바나나·베리·시금치 스무디에 1스푼
