• 해당 포트 번호가 사용 중인 것으로 간주되기 때문에, 해당 서버 사용을 중지하거나
• 커맨드 창에서 직접 소멸시킨다. *관리자 권한으로 실행 !
• 1) netstat -ano 2) 8080에 해당하는 pid 조회 3) taskkill /f /pid 해당 번호
