PyCharm > Preferences

project: 폴더명

Python Interpreter > Add Interpreter > Add Local Interpreter

Virtualenv Environment > Base interpreter > /usr/local/bin/python3

파이썬을 설치할때 디폴트로 설치할 경우 보통 /usr/local/bin/ 으로 설치됨으로 이경로로 우선 선택
