app.py, html 기본 셋팅

위 이미지처럼 셋팅하면 됨.
1 터미널에서 venv 폴더 만들기
2 app.py 파일 만들기
3 templates이라는 폴더 만들기. 이름 절대!!!!!!! 틀리지 말기
4 templates 폴더 안에 index.html 만들기.
5 index.html에 내용 담기.

6 Flask 뒤에 ,render_template 쓰기

7 return 뒤에 render_template('index.html') 쓰기
