[React][Refactoring] | Point 정리~!!
불필요한 state 정리 > 유효성 검사 결과를 저장한 active와 아이디, 패스워드가 저장된 id, pw state active state는 다른 state로 계산해서 얻을 수 있는 값 id, pw state는 하나의 state로 통합 가능 1개 state로 축약
