1. 백터를 잘라서 임시배열에 넣기

// 임시배열에 배열을 잘라서 넣는다. 
// 2번째 숫자부터 5번째 수를 넣으려면 -> 2<= iter < 6
// array.begin() + ( 2 - 1 ) / array.begin() + (5)
temp.insert(temp.end(), array.begin()+commands[i][0]-1, array.begin()+commands[i][1]);

2. 백터 정렬하기

 sort(temp.begin(), temp.end());

3. 임시배열 값 삭제하기

temp.clear();
