몇일째 갑자기 설치가 안되서 몇날 몇일을 고생했다.

결론은 내 PC에 언제 설정되었는지 모를 proxy가 설정되어있었다.

아래 세줄로 단번에 해결.

npm config rm proxy
npm config rm https-proxy

yarn install --network-timeout 1000000
