A 'Frame Problem' means that the artificial intelligence doesn't set the range which should be considered to solve the problem.
For example, if the frame problem happens to the robot, when he received the order to bring the targer box, he will not consider to check the things near the target box which could occur clash.
so this is my opinion, how about applying gravity to the artificial intelligence frame problem?
if there are something on the box, robot will scan before he lift it. Then he will grab the lower part of the box to lift it up.
After that he will tilt the box slightly to feel move the things. gravity will help this process.
