[에러해결] mysql | could not acquire management access for administration

• Caused by: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect

✊🏻문제 원인

메모리 최적화을 위해 서비스를 일괄 종료했었음
서비스에 들어가서 필요한 프로그램을 수동으로 다시 켜주어야함

✨해결 방법

서비스에서 mysql 상태➡️'실행'으로, 시작유형➡️'자동'으로 변경
