입력 받은 배열을 오름차순으로 정렬해준 뒤에 투 포인터를 이용해서 쌍의 개수를 찾아주면 되는 문제였습니다.
st = 0, en = n - 1로 놓고 v[st] + v[en] > x이면 en--를, < 0 이면 st++를 해주어서 쌍의 갯수를 구해주면 됩니다.
