A file output stream is an output stream for writing data to a File or to a FileDescriptor
파일 출력 스트림은 파일 또는 FileDescriptor에 데이터를 쓰기 위한 출력 스트림입니다.
즉, 파일을 생성해주는 클래스다.
생성자로 필요한 파라미터는 파일객체이며
파일 객체는 업로드 될 경로, 파일명을 파라미터로 받는다.
마지막엔 close()까지 잊지말자
