외부 라이브러리 의존성 설정해도 import 시

Target of URI doesn't exist: 'package:syncfusion_flutter_calendar/calendar.dart'

오류 발생,
import 코딩 시 notification에서 ~/.pub-cache/hosted/pub.dev/~~~ : persmission denied 발생
