[Spring] amazonaws.SdkClientExcption: Failed to connect to service endpoint error 해결

aws 환경의 서버를 로컬에서 실행하려고 할 때 발생하는 exception

1. application Run 의 시스템 변수의 VM options 에
   -Dcom.amazonaws.sdk.disableEc2Metadata=true 추가
2. application.yml 파일에
